These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by MG Imageworks LLC, doing business as HeadsUp Headshots ("Heads Up," "we," or "us").
HeadsUp Headshots provides professional photography services including individual and small-group headshot sessions. Sessions are photographed on-site at commercial offices or workplaces unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A $150 booking deposit is required to reserve a session date and time.
Clients may cancel a session at any time; however, the booking deposit remains non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made by email and are subject to availability.
Failure to appear for a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Images are delivered digitally and professionally edited. Additional retouching or image selections may be purchased separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered images include a standard usage license for:
Extended commercial usage, including but not limited to paid advertising, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, billboards, television, or broadcast campaigns, may require additional licensing or buyout fees.
Images may not be used for extended commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, HeadsUp Headshots retains the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. HeadsUp Headshots is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
